Custom Orders

Appointments are set up to discuss your custom furniture needs. 

Paul will walk you through all the requirements for your individual piece.

When you meet with Paul, ensure that you bring along your specific dimensions and requirements.  

He will then sketch and model your designs on the latest software available and offer you an estimate for the order.  The price for this design service is 20% of the estimated cost of the piece.  

This design fee is non-refundable.

Placing your Order

Once your order is placed, we require a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of the estimated cost.  

The price of the design service will be included into the deposit.

If you choose to cancel your custom order prior to delivery, your full deposit, including design fee will not be refunded.

Timeline

Once your order has been approved, it enters into our production queue for five to six months.

Final payment of the balance, plus shipping and sales tax is due upon completion of the order.  

A storage fee of 10% of the retail price of the order, per month, will be added to orders not collected within 30 days of completion.
